What is interesting is that on the final vote there were even more votes in support of aid to Ukraine than on the preliminary one: 226:195 (it was 218:204).

The 7 Republicans who initially voted in favor were joined by another 12.

Total:

Dems - 207:1 (4 did not vote);

Reps - 19:194 (5 did not vote).

19 Republicans is 5.5% of the party.
