FAS has drafted an order to include security and power-grid restoration costs after attacks in electricity tariffs

The antimonopoly service said these changes would not affect tariffs for the public, RIA Novosti writes.

The draft order clarifies the list of uncontrollable expenses, including expenses for ensuring the safety of personnel and electric-grid facilities from means of destruction, which are subject to inclusion in the required gross revenue of grid organizations,

the agency noted.

The tariff will also take into account expenses for restoring electric grids after damage in 2022-2025.

Regional heads will be able to provide support measures to grid organizations, including allocating subsidies from regional budgets.

🔵On September 21, Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexey Sazanov said that the Finance Ministry is preparing changes to tax legislation to compensate for defense spending and the restoration of facilities after attacks. According to him, the changes will concern a wide range of industries. They are planned to be introduced in the autumn.
