In August, we received 26 appeals from people who had been detained and forced to sign a contract with the Defense Ministry. In September, such appeals continue to come in.

People are detained on the streets, at home, and at work, then taken to police stations and military enlistment offices. Among the new appeals are cases from Penza and Izhevsk. In one of them, a person was detained in Penza, after which he ended up in Tambov without a phone, where he was pressured to sign a contract. In another, a person was taken from the street in Izhevsk and forced to sign a contract.
