He said this during the plenary session at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
"And one more thing, as I already said, sanctions and the freezing, and in essence the theft, of Russia's international reserves have irreversibly affected the positions of the world's currencies, the dollar and the euro. This is simply an obvious fact," Vladimir Putin believes.
