In the “LPR,” all passenger transportation on the “Novorossiya” highway and organized transportation of children across the territory of Luhansk region were banned

This was reported by the region’s Russia-appointed administration.

“Domestic bus routes will continue to operate, though in some cases their route will change,” they noted.

The movement of 18 suburban trains on certain sections of the occupied Luhansk and Donetsk regions was also banned.

The restrictions are linked to an increased number of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
