St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region have come under a massive Ukrainian drone attack; an oil depot is burning in Krasnodar Krai

"On the morning of June 6, St. Petersburg came under a large-scale attack by unmanned military assets. Air defense systems are operating. In accordance with the recommendations of the Operational Headquarters, I ask St. Petersburg residents to remain in their homes and not go outside. Mobile internet disruptions are possible. The end of the air threat will be announced separately," St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov reported.

Leningrad Region head Alexander Drozdenko added that 86 drones were shot down over the region during the night of June 6.

According to Astra's assessment, the strikes may have targeted the Naval Cadet Corps in Kronstadt, the Petergof oil depot, and the Research Institute of Marine Thermal Engineering in Lomonosov.

Also, because of a UAV attack on Krasnodar Krai, an oil depot caught fire in Ust-Labinsk, the region's operational headquarters reported.

"Sixty people were evacuated from the nearest homes to a safe distance. Glazing in the buildings was damaged," they noted.

In addition, one person was killed in Tver Region after UAV debris fell onto a moving car. In Tula Region, the city of Uzlovaya was hit.
