St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov, in his Telegram channel at around seven in the morning, urged city residents to “stay in their homes and not go outside.” This was the first time he had issued such a warning.
Because of the attack, disruptions to mobile internet service were recorded in the city during the night and morning.
The outlet Astra, having analyzed eyewitness videos, writes that the UAV strikes hit the Naval Thermal Engineering Research Institute in Lomonosov, where underwater weapons are developed, the Naval Cadet Corps in Kronstadt, as well as the Petergof oil depot.
