✹ Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said on April 27 that at least a second ship carrying grain from Ukraine’s occupied territories had already entered the port of Haifa.

✹ Kyiv summoned the Israeli ambassador to the Foreign Ministry and urged Israel not to accept the ship. In response, Israel said that Ukraine had provided no evidence of this.

✹ Volodymyr Zelensky said he would seek sanctions over Israel receiving grain that Russia had removed from Ukraine’s occupied territories. “Buying stolen goods in all normal countries is an act that entails legal liability,” the Ukrainian president said.

✹ The Kremlin declined to comment on Ukraine’s statements: “Let the Kyiv regime sort it out with Israel, and Israel with the Kyiv regime.”
