The Ilsky oil refinery is burning in an extremely spectacular fashion. In Bryansk, things are also burning and exploding.


A strike has been confirmed on the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant, which supplies the Russian Armed Forces with components for missiles and artillery, and on a Pantsir-S2 system.
