Candidates from Yabloko and A Just Russia in the recent elections jointly demanded a vote recount in Murmansk Region

Igor Khomechko and Alexander Makarevich reported this on their social media; “7x7” noticed it.

They ran for the State Duma in single-mandate district No. 130. The former candidates demanded a recount because of an abnormally large number of invalid ballots. In their appeal, Khomechko and Makarevich asked that the actions of election commission members be checked under the article on obstructing the exercise of electoral rights.

According to the voting results, Khomechko received 7.03% of the vote, while Makarevich received 9.99%. United Russia representative Tatyana Kusaiko was declared the winner with 35.35%.
