Mysina had proposed holding a rally in the Plyushchevo square in southeastern Moscow.

“I clarify that if the said event is held, the organizers and other participants may be held liable,” says the response from the deputy prefect of the Southeastern Administrative District.

Activist Vladimir Stepanov, who had also submitted a notice to City Hall to hold a rally on October 4 on Teatralnaya Square, reported that the authorities refused him for the same reasons.
