Zelensky urged Trump to implement Lindsey Graham’s law “against Russia and everyone financially supporting its war”

The Ukrainian president reported this on his social media.

“We call on President Trump to implement Lindsey Graham’s law against Russia and everyone financially supporting its war. We call on Presidents António Costa and Ursula von der Leyen to introduce additional European sanctions. We call on all leaders not to remove Russian oligarchs from existing sanctions lists and to further restrict any trade with terrorists until Russia ends the war,” Volodymyr Zelensky noted.

🔵The law, co-authored by the late Senator Lindsey Graham, provides for the introduction of 100 percent tariffs against the five largest buyers of Russian oil and natural gas, as well as the five countries that most help Russia circumvent sanctions.

In addition, it proposes imposing a 500% tariff on Russian exports to the United States, as well as personal sanctions against Vladimir Putin. You can read more about the law here.
