Ukrainian drones struck Rostov region and Krasnodar Krai overnight on September 26.

In Azov, apartment buildings and private homes, industrial facilities, a school, a cultural center, and cars were damaged, and four people were injured, said Yury Slyusar, the head of Krasnodar Krai.

Ukrainian monitoring channels write that the strike was likely carried out against the Azov Optical and Mechanical Plant, which manufactures products for the defense industry.

In Krasnodar Krai, two enterprises in Seversky district caught fire as a result of the Ukrainian drone attack, regional head Veniamin Kondratyev said. “Unfortunately, there are fatalities,” he wrote on social media, without providing details.

According to Astra and the Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+, the Ilsky oil refinery in Seversky district was attacked again. Ukrainian drones previously struck the Ilsky refinery in August.
