Zelensky’s open letter to Putin could have bent the ghoul over, if Putin weren’t already neck-deep in shit. In a thick fecal substance, it is physically impossible to assume such a position.
Putin surprises both West and East every day.
It constantly turns out that the Russian president’s awareness is at the level of an average pensioner.
Judging by all the signs, they regularly feed the old fart unimaginable nonsense, and he grabs it and peddles it to the masses.
One moment Putin says that in St. Petersburg (2026) “a little pile of coal smoked a bit”; then he assures everyone that the US is about to “dump Zelensky, pack him up and hand him over” (June 2024); then the reigning pensioner reports that Ukraine has completely run out of all equipment, including UAVs (2023).
He clumsily lies about the occupied area of Ukraine, about the “Oreshnik” and garages, about Kupyansk and Tokmachka.
Whatever he says, practically all of it is gibberish.
It seems the strategic picture of the war in Putin’s head is being painted by crafty Gerasimov’s finger and the television’s brush.
Of course, a chekist is supposed to be an unimaginable liar. It is foolish to expect even the tiniest drop of truth from him.
But Putin goes beyond even the bounds of classical chekism.
He knows nothing, understands things badly, bluffs, and boasts about what he ought to be ashamed of.
At the same time, for some reason he demonstrates all 50 shades of underworld swagger.
He may not have done time, but he behaves like a second-tier thief-in-law.
35 years ago Vova was a slippery but intimidated chekist. Intellectuals loved him, because during interrogations he gouged out eyes only with a clean fork and never wore a necklace made of knocked-out dissidents’ teeth “in public.”
