As a result of the explosion of a BMW X3 this morning in Balashikha, 57-year-old Colonel Damir Davydov, head of the directorate for the supply of missiles and artillery ammunition at the GRAU of the Russian Defense Ministry, was killed, VChK-OGPU reports.
