This was stated to TASS by the museum.

"The building has been burning for 13 hours; there is a risk the panorama dome may collapse," Mikhail Smorodkin, director of the Sevastopol Defense Museum, added to the agency.

🔵The “Defense of Sevastopol” museum-panorama was opened in 1905 for the 50th anniversary of the defense of Sevastopol during the Crimean War. The museum was created by battle painter Franz Roubaud.

🔵The core of the exhibition is a circular canvas recreating the assault on Malakhov Kurgan in 1855. In 1942, during German bombings, the museum building had already been completely destroyed, but it was restored in the 1950s.
