The Insider did extensive work and dissected the propaganda project — the "International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis."

This media project for producing fakes was created by Moscow PR man Maksim Grigoryev, who is pocketing millions of rubles in grants from the Russian state budget. To create content, they use either prisoners of war after exchanges, who are taken to the barracks of a military unit in Mosrentgen, or pro-Russian "waiters" who remain in cities during the fighting. The former recite talking points about "concentration camps for POWs," while the latter talk about the "atrocities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces."

Usually these are testimonies of the "I didn't see it myself, but I heard it from acquaintances" kind, fantastical stories about "chairs mined by the Ukrainian military" and "drugs from a cooking pot" — fakes that even Z-publics do not confirm.

To give this content weight and create the appearance of "international" status, foreigners were brought into the project:

🔹 Elena Branson (also Chernykh) — a U.S. citizen wanted by the FBI. She faces up to 35 years in prison for working as an agent of Russian influence. In Grozny, she owned a scrap metal collection company with the hallmarks of a "money-laundering outfit."

🔹 Denis Telishev — Grigoryev's right-hand man. In the past, an ordinary robber who was placed under special Interior Ministry supervision after attacking a woman with a knife for the sake of a tape recorder and bags.

🔹 John Dougan — a former American police officer charged in the United States on 21 counts. According to the investigation, his activities were financed by a GRU officer from the very same unit whose personnel are linked to the poisoning of the Skripals.

🔹 Charles Bausman — an American antisemite and participant in the storming of the Capitol who moved to Russia.

🔹 Fuzan Al-Rashid — an Indonesian violinist. He was spotted at the Russian embassy after a video was published in which he plays "Katyusha" wearing an ushanka. Now he is an "independent observer" and a member of the tribunal.

Why is this needed? The content produced is amplified by anonymous Telegram channels and, through the Russian Foreign Ministry, sent to the UN. And although international institutions do not take this "tribunal" seriously, for domestic propaganda it serves as an effective tool for creating the illusion of global support for the Kremlin's actions.
