Authorities Ban the Deportation of Foreigners Who Signed Contracts With the Russian Defense Ministry

State Duma deputies passed a bill that prohibits the deportation of foreigners who served under contract with the Defense Ministry and took part in combat operations. In addition, the authorities increased fees for foreigners severalfold for processing documents.
