State Duma deputies passed a new package of bills immediately in the second and third readings: it introduces “temporary restrictive measures” against some Russians who have left the country. Even after its passage in the first reading, it had already gained notoriety as a law on deprivation of citizenship and a registry of “enemies of the state.”
