Entrepreneur Igor Ashmanov published an unofficial recording of a meeting between Roskomnadzor deputy head Oleg Terlyakov and representatives of the IT industry, at which the idea of a single “state VPN” was discussed. His wife Natalya Kasperskaya also attended the meeting.
