⚡️Putin has signed a law allowing the property of Russians who left the country to be taken away even without a criminal case being opened, simply over an administrative offense, for “intentions to harm Russia.” Violations may fall under a range of articles: from spreading “fakes” and “participation in the activities of undesirable organizations,” “disrespect for the authorities,” and “violating foreign-agent rules,” to sponsoring “the wrong people,” going “to the wrong places,” and liking “the wrong things,” according to what orcs consider beautiful.

The law will come into force on September 1, 2026.

It will make it possible to take everything from everyone under any far-fetched pretext.

Actions by individuals against the interests of the Russian Federation are understood to mean the following articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation:

Articles 13.14.1 and 13.15 (spreading “fakes” and abuse of media freedom);

Articles 13.36, 13.37, and 13.48 (violations in the sphere of IT and communications);

Article 17.13 (dissemination of information about protected persons);

Article 19.34 (failure to comply with requirements for “foreign agents”);

Parts 3–5 of Article 20.1 (disrespect toward the authorities and society);

Article 20.29 (distribution of extremist materials);

Article 20.33 (participation in the activities of an “undesirable” organization);

Articles 20.3.1, 20.3.2, 20.3.3, 20.3.4 (incitement of hatred, calls to violate Russia’s territorial integrity and impose sanctions, as well as “discrediting” the army).
