Ingushetia Resident Detained on Charges of Helping a Suspect in the Crocus Terror Attack Case, Kommersant Reports

Sources told the outlet that officers from the FSB and the Investigative Committee detained 54-year-old Ingushetia resident Khasan Altemirov, who is accused of aiding one of the suspects in the Crocus City Hall terror attack case. He is considered a follower of the Batal-Hajji religious movement.

Investigators believe that in 2025, Altemirov issued fake passports to at least three wanted Batal-Hajji followers. One of them was Batyr Kulaev, who is suspected of transferring weapons to the direct perpetrators of the Crocus attack. Using a fake passport, Kulaev fled abroad, and he still has not been found.
