Tatarstan begins imposing restrictions on gasoline sales after attack on the republic's oil refineries

This was reported by Interfax, citing the press service of the republic's head, Rustam Minnikhanov.

"Queues to buy fuel have been recorded at some of the republic's gas stations. To avoid artificial panic and ensure a stable situation, technical work is being carried out, as a result of which temporary limits have been introduced at some gas stations," it said.

Minnikhanov instructed officials to approach the resolution of this issue with the utmost care and also to consider additional measures to ensure the security of industrial enterprises and urban infrastructure facilities.

🔵On June 12, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported strikes on oil refineries in Tatarstan: the TANECO, Tatneft, and TAIF-NK refineries in Nizhnekamsk were attacked.
