Half a billion rubles is planned to be spent on marble finishing for an opera and ballet theater under construction in Sevastopol. The materials will be supplied by a company from the group that worked on Lukashenko’s palace and the Central Children’s Store on Lubyanka

The tender documentation from Stroytransgaz specifies a particular Turkish marble, Kartal White, and the bill of quantities directly names its supplier — the Krasnodar-based LLC Alver.

The Insider found that the company is part of the ISAKIDIS business network, which specializes in natural stone. This group previously finished Alexander Lukashenko’s Palace of Independence in Minsk with marble and granite.

📍Stroytransgaz announced a tender for the installation of natural marble floor and wall coverings and landscaping of the theater grounds on September 28. The initial contract price is 565,366,762 rubles including VAT. The work must be completed by February 28, 2027. The winner of the tender has not yet been determined. However, the participant documentation already names the supplier of part of the marble — LLC Alver.

📍The sole owner of LLC Alver is Zhanna Karibova. She previously owned 70% of the Moscow-based TD Isakidis Vilma, as well as a stake in LLC Fasadnye Tekhnologii. The latter legal entity is used by the ISAKIDIS business: its details are listed on the group’s official website.

📍ISAKIDIS has worked with natural stone since the 1990s and has taken part in finishing a number of major sites, according to the company’s website. Among them, the group itself specifically lists the Palace of Independence in Minsk — Alexander Lukashenko’s residence — as well as the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Belarus.
