Malofeyev called the opening of a criminal case in Russia an “unprecedented fact” and accused Biden and former Attorney General Merrick Garland of stealing his funds. The founder of the Tsargrad TV channel added that Biden and Garland created an “organized criminal group” in 2021–2024.

🔹Earlier today, Russia’s Investigative Committee reported that, following Malofeyev’s complaint, a criminal case had been opened over the misappropriation of his funds in U.S. accounts and their use to finance the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the future, the businessman plans to direct any funds recovered as a result of the proceedings to support Russian soldiers.
