Restrictions introduced on gasoline sales at Moscow gas stations

At Moscow gas stations restrictions have been introduced on gasoline sales

Major gas station chains in Moscow have begun limiting fuel sales. At Tatneft stations, restrictions of up to 20 liters for AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline are in effect, as well as up to 40 liters for diesel fuel, an Ostorozhno, Media correspondent for Ksenia Sobchak reported.

According to gas station employees, the limit on fuel sales per customer was introduced on June 12. The same day, similar restrictions were also introduced at Tatneft gas stations in St. Petersburg.

At Rosneft gas stations in Moscow, a general limit is in effect — up to 90 liters into a tank or jerrycan; at Lukoil stations, no more than 100 liters of gasoline or diesel are sold per receipt.

The Ukrainian military strikes facilities in Russia’s oil industry almost every day. At the end of May, Reuters reported that almost all major oil refineries in central Russia had been forced to suspend or reduce production because of attacks by Ukrainian drones.
