A factory in France belonging to a drone maker supplying Ukraine was hit with Molotov cocktails
As the newspaper Le Parisien выяснила, this refers to a Delair factory near the city of Toulouse in southwestern France. Delair itself is considered one of the country’s leading drone manufacturers. After the war began, it became a supplier to Kyiv.
The Molotov cocktail incident took place in early June. The Toulouse prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case over destruction of property by a method dangerous to people. According to Le Parisien, the factory was barely damaged because the incendiary mixture did not explode.
A few days later, a Belarusian citizen was detained near the factory after he was “filming a drone prototype.” According to the prosecutor’s office, he sent the video to a person in Russia, and “advanced equipment” was found on him.
