In Voronezh, ninth-graders were unable to take the Basic State Exam (OGE) because of the threat of a drone strike. An evacuation was announced at all 54 exam sites organized in the city.
The schoolchildren spent more than two hours in shelters. After that, the Voronezh Region Ministry of Education decided to postpone the OGE to the reserve dates.

The Exam Lost to the Alarm
Students were evacuated during the OGE, then waited in shelters for hours.
Education worked best as an evacuation.
