In most regions of Russia there are fuel problems, the outlet The Bell has calculated

Restrictions on fuel sales for private cars have been introduced in 53 regions of Russia, as well as in the Ukrainian territories annexed by Russia (Crimea, the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR, and Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions).

In 18 regions of the country, no more than 50 liters or one full tank of gasoline is being sold. A similar limit was reported in annexed Sevastopol, Crimea, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, and the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR.

Reports from 11 regions of the country say there are fuel shortages at a significant share of gas stations, but there are no volume restrictions there yet.
