The outlet drew attention to the relevant draft order by the special service, according to Verstka.
The current version of the standards has been in force since 2016. In the new version, the FSB intends to lower the required benchmarks for older candidates.
For example, men over 50 will need to score only 60 points across three physical exercises (one for strength, one for speed, and one for endurance), while men aged 45 to 49 will need 70 points. Under the current standards, the minimum required number is 140 points.
