New names are emerging of students killed after being recruited by the Russian Defense Ministry under the guise of “UAV contracts”

On June 11, 20-year-old Ilya Ulyanov was buried in Buryatia. The young man was studying at the Zakamensky Agro-Industrial Technical School to become a master of agricultural production. He did not get the chance to finish his education and work honestly: recruiters from the Russian Ministry of Defense came to the technical school and offered 1.5 million rubles to those who would drop out and sign a contract for the war. Ilya did exactly that, and lost his life after spending only a year in the army.

In the fifth year of the war, the Russian army has found itself in a difficult position. To make up for losses and avoid announcing mobilization before the elections, the Kremlin is literally taking yesterday’s schoolboys straight from student benches. We have already published two parts of the lists of such students (list 1056, list 262) who were drawn into the war with promises of money and easy service in UAV units.

These young men were supposed to become Russia’s future, but instead they will die and become disabled for the sake of preserving the power of 73-year-old Putin, who for 26 years, together with his clan of oligarchs, has been robbing Russia.
