Drone attacks affected about 10% of Wildberries warehouse space, Kommersant says

Over the course of a week, the attacks affected Wildberries logistics centers in Elektrostal, Kotovsk, Krasnodar, and Nevinnomyssk. Their total area amounts to 552,000 square meters, about 10% of the marketplace’s entire warehouse infrastructure, Kommersant calculated.

A total of 444,000 square meters, or 8% of the space, could be temporarily taken out of operation. Building comparable warehouses would cost about 35.5 billion rubles, excluding equipment. Experts surveyed by the publication estimated the total value of the affected real estate at 60 billion. The publication writes that Wildberries may redirect some goods to warehouses in the Volga region, the Urals, and Siberia, and may also suggest that sellers ship orders from their own warehouses more often.
