The State Duma that Putin has planned will be assembled from scumbags of every possible caliber. Though of course, its main bulk will consist of nasty little vermin: criminals, thugs, maniacs, "parrots," and perverts.

In Russia these days, scumbags with extensive criminal experience, as well as blatantly obvious degenerates, are in fashion.

In a couple of weeks they will be taught how to use a toilet, wear TSUM clothes, and not cut each other over sausages in the Duma cafeteria.

Clearly, finding 450 very vivid specimens of that type is not so easy even in Russia.

That is why, alongside the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, there is also a thorough combing of special institutions underway.

Undoubtedly, hypocrites will also worm their way into the State Duma. But in order not to be exposed, these imitators will rage even more ferociously than the genuine maniacs.

There is not the slightest sense in singling out United Russia as a special category. The difference in party names has long meant nothing. The very fact that a specimen is allowed to run in the election is a certificate of belonging to those same "non-humans" who ought to be rotting in crypts and basements, but instead will rule over laws and life in the Russian Federation.
