Kazakhstan temporarily reduced oil production because loading was suspended at the port of Novorossiysk
This was reported by Kazakhstan’s Energy Ministry. The ministry added that loading at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s marine terminal in Novorossiysk has been suspended “to ensure the safety of vessels.”
Earlier this week and last week, Ukraine carried out strikes for several consecutive days on tankers at the CPC terminal in Novorossiysk.
