A military aircraft crashed in the Moscow region
The aircraft crashed into a field between the Zvenigorod neighborhood of Shikhovo and the village of Lutsino, eyewitnesses told Ostorozhno, Novosti. They believe it was a fighter jet.
The pro-law-enforcement Telegram channel 112 also reported the crash of a military aircraft in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. The channel Mash writes that it was a Su-57. According to preliminary data, the pilots managed to eject.
The Russian Defense Ministry has not yet commented on the reports of the accident.
Update. The Russian Defense Ministry said that a combat trainer aircraft crashed during takeoff in the Moscow region. The flight was being carried out without ammunition. The preliminary cause of the accident was a technical malfunction of the aircraft. The pilot's life is not in danger.
