Captured Russian Soldiers, Participants in the “Pipe” Operation in Sudzha, Continue to Tell the Unpleasant Truth...
Captured Russian soldiers, participants in the “Pipe” operation in Sudzha, continue to tell the unpleasant truth.
Vladimir Valeryevich Gevorgyan describes very vividly how the mission was assigned and what the assault troops encountered in the main gas pipeline. The men were told outright, “carry out the mission or we will shoot,” meaning they were literally driven underground by force. Inside the pipe, it was very hard to breathe because of the gas that had accumulated there. Some could not endure it:
“Your lungs clog up. We walked and vomited... Gas residue on the walls, gas sludge... Some lost consciousness... Some killed themselves right there”
Vladimir managed to survive, get to the surface, reach the designated point, and dig in there. But as a result, he simply sat there for almost two weeks without food or water and surrendered to the Ukrainian military when his strength was already running out. You can imagine what condition he was in.
Let us recall that propaganda built yet another myth of an “immortal heroic feat” out of this operation, monstrous in its cruelty. Once again, Russians turned human sacrifice into a cult: of the more than 800 servicemen sent into the gas pipeline, no more than 100 came out to the surface alive. Most of them suffered irreparable damage to their health.

Heroism Ended Underground Without Water
Assault troops were forced into a gas pipeline, then left without food and water.
The command fought with bodies again, not brains.
