Fighter jets do crash fairly often in non-combat conditions, but here there is one "but": judging by reports from the Z-channels, the aircraft was shot down by its own air defenses by a "BARS-Moscow" crew.
Yan Matveev writes that if this was some kind of BARS mobile fire group, then it was shot down with a MANPADS.
And I would add that if it was with a MANPADS, then they detected it visually. Which means an air-defense crew in the Moscow region somehow mistook a fifth-generation fighter for a Ukrainian UAV🤷♂️
