Remember Diana Shurygina? A criminal case has been opened against her for producing pornography (up to six years in prison), MSK1 reports.

The case file has been published on the website of Moscow’s courts of general jurisdiction. According to Mash, Shurygina was detained and her home was searched.

In 2016, 16-year-old Diana Shurygina accused 21-year-old Sergei Semyonov of rape. As a result, he was sentenced to eight years and three months in a penal colony, though the sentence was later reduced to three years and three months. Semyonov did not admit guilt. In early 2018, he was released from the colony on parole.

Shurygina is now 27. During that time, she managed to get married and divorced, and also start an OnlyFans account.
