Drones attacked the Moscow Oil Refinery in Kapotnya — a fire broke out at one of the facility’s sites, Sobyanin said. According to Bordyurych, 60 UAVs were shot down on approach to Moscow in the morning.

“The situation at the Moscow Oil Refinery has been stabilized. The incident did not affect the operation of the enterprise,” the agency’s statement says.
