✹ In Perm, an "oil rain" fell after a Ukrainian drone attack. According to Telegram channels, a Transneft facility was hit. Local media note that, despite what happened, the authorities did not close schools and kindergartens.

✹ In Tuapse, a fire at the oil refinery that began on Tuesday after a strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces spread to a residential building. No one was inside the house, residents had been evacuated the day before. The blaze was quickly extinguished. At the same time, firefighters continue to battle the fire at the refinery.

✹ In Odesa region, a district hospital was damaged by a Russian strike, and the admissions department was completely destroyed; no one was injured. Residential buildings were also hit. Two local residents were injured, one was hospitalized in serious condition.
