🇺🇦 The countries of the "Ramstein" format have announced a new military support package for Ukraine worth about $4 billion, with a significant focus on the most critical areas represented by air defense systems, ammunition, and drones.

• As reported, about

billion will be channeled through the PURL mechanism, which is used to purchase American weapons for Ukraine's priority requests, including PAC-3 missiles for Patriot systems. Contributions to this package were announced by the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Spain, Lithuania, Norway, and Australia.

• Separately, Germany will purchase another

00 million worth of missiles for Patriot through the JUMPSTART mechanism, designed for long-term contracts for the supply of American weapons, while the United Kingdom will allocate $330 million from frozen Russian assets for radars and air defense assets.

• Another approximately $540 million will go toward the purchase of extended-range artillery shells, including through the Czech initiative, which will be supported by Norway, Denmark, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Spain.

• A major block of aid concerns drones and Ukrainian drone production, where the total volume of support will exceed

billion. In addition, partners will allocate funds for EW, infantry fighting vehicles, explosives, and the systematic development of adjacent training centers.

• The Netherlands will finance cruise missile-drones for the Defense Forces, Norway will support the purchase of naval drones, the United Kingdom will use Russian assets to buy 150,000 Ukrainian drones, and Sweden will also invest in this area.

At the same time, it is important to note that in addition to direct deliveries through "Ramstein," many countries, for example Germany, are separately allocating additional aid to Ukraine. Thus, Berlin quite recently announced plans to transfer a three-digit number of air-to-air missiles to Ukraine.
