Two residents of the Moscow region have been detained; they are suspected of carrying out “intimidation actions” against Roskomnadzor executives
This was reported by the FSB and the Investigative Committee.
According to investigators, the suspects were recruited by Ukrainian intelligence services via Telegram “under the cover story of working for detective and debt collection agencies.” On April 28, 2026, they allegedly “carried out intimidation actions at the home addresses of four Roskomnadzor executives.” A criminal case on hooliganism has been opened.
The Investigative Committee clarified that the defendants in the case “placed hammers with traces of a brown-colored liquid on the entrance doors.”
