“It [the response] is not needed for that. This is a decision by the head of the Russian state, and it will be carried out,” Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said in response to a question from a Shot correspondent about how Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should react to Putin’s proposal for a Victory Day ceasefire.
