The FSB and the Investigative Committee reported the detention of two people who carried out "intimidation actions" outside the apartments of Roskomnadzor employees in Moscow. It is claimed that the suspects hung "hammers with traces of a brown-colored liquid" on the front doors.

The FSB claims that the young men were recruited via Telegram by Ukrainian special services "under the cover story of working for detective and debt collection agencies." The Investigative Committee said that one of those detained is a minor.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Russian Criminal Code (hooliganism).
