Putin held a meeting with Kadyrov in the Kremlin. Grandpa thanked Don Donych for his help in the war against Ukraine and said that Russia’s regions should take Chechnya as an example.
“If everyone had that kind of birth rate, we wouldn’t have demographic problems and challenges,” he noted.
Putin also expressed hope that Chechnya’s residents would once again support Kadyrov in this year’s election for head of the republic, and wished him success.
