In Moscow’s Chertanovo, eyewitnesses filmed the installation of what appears to be a platform for an air-defense system on the roof of the Avenue 77 residential complex
A video of this appeared in the Chertanovo Telegram channel. It was deleted a few minutes after publication, Astra noted.
The outlet suggests that the platform may be used for a Pantsir air-defense system.
