In an intercept by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, a Russian soldier complains to command about Caucasians who are negligent about service and are literally never sober at the positions:

“A little farther from us, about five hundred meters, where the ‘Beton’ position is now, Dags live there. Always drunk, they don’t work... In my opinion, they’re just, like, the whole company is sitting there, doing nothing”

The funniest thing is that no one can do anything to these Dagestanis: they clearly have a more privileged status, and the command is afraid of a basic mutiny on ethnic-conflict grounds. What do you think: after this, won’t Russian soldiers want to “zero out” such inconvenient Dagestanis or “give up” their positions at the first convenient opportunity?
