Shoigu said that Article 51 of the UN Charter could be used for “self-defense” against Finland and the Baltic countries in connection with alleged flights of Ukrainian UAVs through their territory to strike Russia.

“Recently, there have been more frequent cases in which Ukrainian UAV strikes on Russia are carried out through Finland and the countries of the Baltics Baltic region. [If the states in question knowingly provide their airspace], under international law, Article 51 of the UN Charter on the inherent right of states to self-defense in the event of an armed attack comes into force,” - Shoigu.

I will repeat what I said in yesterday’s video: the story about Ukrainian drones allegedly flying through the Baltic countries into Russia is FAKE.

Russia invented this flight itself, and is itself pushing it as a casus belli for escalation against Europe.

Yesterday in the video I showed the map of air raid alerts across Russian territory, which, as the drones moved, spread FROM SOUTH TO NORTH; see that segment above⬆️. The map itself was visualized by the DroneBomber channel.

The escalation, as you can see, is consistent: yesterday the Russian Defense Ministry posted a list of potential targets for strikes in Europe, and today there is Shoigu’s statement about the “legal basis” for such strikes.

They do not need a real pretext; they will always make one up THEMSELVES.
