Putin aide: Russia is not waiting for the Anchorage understandings to be fulfilled, but is counting on victory

“We are not waiting for these understandings or agreements [reached in Anchorage] to be fulfilled, we are waiting for victory. We are waiting for the implementation of our own goals,” Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov told Vesti correspondent Pavel Zarubin.

According to him, one side is now “still committed” to the Anchorage understandings, while the other “proved not quite capable of walking its part of the path, of fulfilling the agreements.”
