Russian soldiers have again killed their own comrades who were surrendering.

In the Kharkiv region, two occupiers miraculously managed to survive Ukrainian drone drops. When an FPV drone flew up to them as they were hiding in a drainage pipe under the road, they begged for mercy and began signaling that they were surrendering. The Ukrainians did not kill them, but instead sent a drone with a loudspeaker, which led the Russians along behind it.

This scene greatly outraged the Russian drone operators, because according to the canons of modern Russia, wanting to live is a crime. If a soldier survived, he is already a traitor. If he has been in captivity, he is an unreliable piece of scum and a coward. So it is no surprise that soon Russian FPV drones were already flying at the two poor wretches who could barely hobble along. One of those surrendering died almost immediately; the second still tried to hide from his bloodthirsty fellow servicemen, but in the end they finished him off too.

The story very clearly illustrates the fundamental difference between the two states and armies: while some try to take prisoners in any situation, giving people a chance to be saved, others frenziedly destroy everything in their path, killing everyone indiscriminately. Simply because that is how it is done, because that is what the boss ordered, simply because they can.
